while i may be usually exciting-

Recently, i have been spending my time working on a scrapbook for my favorite German-Franzi. So far it has been coming along nicely. I have even decided to send her a small USB Jump drive because i noticed i have a lot of funny videos of the two of us singing songs, dancing, and just loving life. I really miss Fran a lot. Just the other night i was thinking how odd it was that i couldn't just call her up and say "hey get your butt down here" well she must have been thinking of me as well considering right as that thought crossed my mind my phone started bowing up with facebook messages from her. Gosh that girl is amazing and i miss her dearly! i can't wait to see her over Christmas and for her to show me around Germany next summer.

well besides that my July 4th was very uneventful i was asleep by 10:30!!i may be lame but it was a perfect saturday night for me! As for my sunday i spent in puzzling, in vedauwoo, scrapbooking, and a bit of cleaning was done! i love it!

This coming weekend though is going a be crazy! IT IS JUBILEE DAYS YOU KNOW! Here is my crazy schedule: friday - street dance after work (hopefully with the girls), Saturday - brewfest, Amber & Karl's reception (which by the way crazy, amazing, beautiful pictures I loved them), and then street dances again, Sunday - R-E-L-A-X-I-N-G and of course laundry...okay so Saturday is going to be way more nuts then expected but hmmm ill be able to fit in everything and plus how could i miss any of those events especially the reception!

well i am off to bed finally...i plan on updating more considering i have been slacking :)

So many travels...

Well, I have made it safely back to Laramie once again. Lately I have been spending a lot of my weekends driving down to Omaha to see family members who were visiting. Basically, I jump in my car after work - right around 5 and i drive all the way to Omaha finally arriving around 3 a.m. I generally spend saturday with the family: A couple of weekends ago it was spent with my Grandma Betty from New Zealand and this past weekend I spent Saturday visiting with my Aunt Mindy, Uncle Jim, and my two cousins Andrew and Michael.

I am very happy to say that I am back in Laramie and will be here for several more weekends until I drive, once again, back to Omaha for a wedding.

Though I am excited not to have to make the long trek for a while it was really great to see the family and to spend a little time with them. The upcoming weeks are going to be quite a thrill for me. I just can't believe that it is July!!! so crazy! June went by too fast! There are so many things to look forward to this month it seems as if every weekend is booked with parties, events, outings, and visits. For example: Bratfest on the 3rd, 4th of july on (duh) the 4th, Karl and amber's reception on the 11th, brewfest on the 11th, a week of Jubilee days, My cousin Virginia in Broomfield CO for three weeks, and then Pat's wedding on the 31st!

SOOOO busy...

So long soldier...Hello Pinky!

Well yesterday was finally the day that I said hello to a new phone! My new phone the Blackberry Curve is AMAZING! I am really enjoying the fact that I can get my e-mails quickly, take pictures, and, of course, Google things at a moments notice! Sadly I will be saying good bye to my very loyal and strong soldier, known to many of you as "the brick." While it was a good phone and lasted through water damage and countless falls, it was strong for over 4 years! Good work LG that phone could have only been better if it had something besides a color screen...

Meanwhile, my life has been pretty boring: work, eat, and sleep during the weekdays. Of course, I spend the majority of my weekends cramming as much as I possibly can into every minute. Hanging with the roommates, friends, the puzzle, and of course Sage, Otis and Tonka.

Seeing Colors

So recently I have been thinking about getting another tattoo...Hopefully Adam, my brother, will draw me up one I like. I have the general idea I want but can't find anything I really like! I am hoping for a tattoo that is either in memory of my Uncle Mike or one that symbolizes Adam and I's sibling bound. Those are the top two ideas for now, of course I am still thinking about getting Daddy's girl in white so it glows in a black light and no one could really see it...so many decisions.

On another note...I will have a bed soon. My mom will be arriving in Laramie on Easter Sunday with my bed and hopefully my shoes and tv!

I pity the fool...a monthly warning

I pity the fool...who buys a house and doesn't get a plumbing inspection from a PLUMBER!

For those of you who have no idea, I work for a plumbing shop. Yesterday (Monday) I scheduled a couple of my guys to head over to a person's new house. Lets just say they couldn't figure out why their toilets couldn't flush. So I sent a couple of my guys over who thought the people just had a bunch of roots in their pipes from the big trees. NOT SO MUCH! The sewer line was back up from the sewer main all the way to their new house with...human waste!!!! YUCK! My poor plumbers spent 5 hours unclogging the house's sewer lines from the toilets out the house's outside clean out. End result: the previous owners' feces on the lawn and pretty trees.

LESSON: GET A PLUMBING INSPECTION BY A CERTIFIED PLUMBER BEFORE YOU BUY A HOUSE!
